Limited Commercial Warranty

Last updated: 17 September 2026

This Limited Commercial Warranty is provided by USANNII for eligible DY-510AC products. Please read these terms together with the user manual and follow all operating, cleaning, maintenance and safety instructions.

1. Nature of This Warranty

This Limited Commercial Warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty provided by USANNII. It applies in addition to, and does not replace, restrict or affect, any mandatory statutory rights available to consumers under applicable law, including the legal guarantee of conformity and any applicable statutory right of withdrawal.

Statutory claims concerning a purchase should normally be addressed to the seller from whom the product was purchased. This Commercial Warranty may be provided by USANNII independently of those statutory rights.

2. Products and Purchases Covered

This Commercial Warranty applies to new USANNII DY-510AC products purchased from USANNII or an authorised seller and delivered within the European Union. The customer must retain valid proof of purchase showing the seller, purchase or delivery date, product model and order number.

Products purchased second-hand, from an unauthorised seller or for resale are not covered by this Commercial Warranty, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights that may apply.

3. Commercial Warranty Period

Main Unit

The main unit is covered for 24 months from the date of delivery. The “main unit” means the principal powered appliance containing the motor, water pump, heating system, electronic controls and permanently installed internal components.

Replaceable Accessories

Replaceable accessories supplied with the product are covered for 12 months from the date of delivery. These include, where supplied:

  • hose assembly;
  • extension tubes;
  • steam floor brush;
  • steam upholstery brush;
  • spray upholstery brush;
  • dry vacuum floor brush;
  • hard-surface nozzle;
  • crevice tool;
  • clean water tank;
  • dirty water tank;
  • other removable non-consumable cleaning attachments.

The 12-month accessory warranty is a voluntary commercial warranty and does not restrict mandatory statutory rights concerning defects existing at the time of delivery.

Consumable Parts

Consumable parts are not covered by this Commercial Warranty where replacement is required because of normal use, contamination, loss of efficiency or normal wear and tear. Consumable parts include, where supplied:

  • HEPA filters and other filter elements;
  • filter sponges;
  • microfiber floor cloths;
  • microfiber upholstery cloths;
  • mop pads and brush-head cloths;
  • other parts intended to be cleaned, maintained or periodically replaced during normal use.

This exclusion does not affect mandatory statutory rights relating to a manufacturing or material defect that existed at the time of delivery.

4. What This Commercial Warranty Covers

This Commercial Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship arising during normal household use, provided that the product has been used for its intended purpose, operated in accordance with the user manual, properly cleaned and maintained, used with the correct electrical supply, used only with suitable cleaning agents, filters and accessories, and stored and transported appropriately.

The existence of a defect and the appropriate remedy will be assessed according to the reported symptoms, available evidence, diagnostic results and, where reasonably necessary, an inspection of the product.

5. Correct Use and Customer Responsibilities

To maintain safe operation and reliable performance, the customer must follow all operating, cleaning, maintenance and safety instructions in the user manual. In particular, the customer must:

  • read the user manual and safety instructions before use;
  • use only a small amount of low-foam neutral detergent and only in a cleaning mode in which detergent is permitted;
  • not use high-foam detergent, unsuitable chemicals or excessive detergent;
  • not place detergent in the appliance during steam operation unless expressly permitted by the user manual;
  • empty and clean the dirty water tank promptly after use;
  • clean the appliance after each use;
  • clean and dry filters as instructed;
  • regularly inspect the hose, nozzles, tanks and connectors for blockages;
  • remove hair, dirt, foam and residue from relevant components;
  • use original filters and compatible accessories;
  • store the product in a dry and well-ventilated location;
  • not disassemble, modify or repair internal electrical or electronic components without authorisation;
  • stop using the appliance and contact customer support if an electrical or safety-related fault is suspected.

Failure to follow these requirements does not automatically remove statutory consumer rights. However, damage or malfunction caused by failure to follow the instructions is not covered by this Commercial Warranty.

6. What This Commercial Warranty Does Not Cover

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this Commercial Warranty does not cover:

  • normal wear and tear or routine replacement of consumable parts;
  • reduced filter performance caused by contamination or normal use;
  • blockages caused by hair, dirt, debris, foam or foreign objects;
  • odours caused by retained dirty water, residue, contaminated filters, insufficient cleaning or improper drying;
  • damage caused by high-foam, corrosive, unsuitable or excessive cleaning agents;
  • damage caused by prohibited liquids, substances or materials;
  • damage caused by operating the product without correctly installed filters, tanks or other required components;
  • damage caused by failure to empty, clean, dry or maintain the appliance as instructed;
  • limescale, deposits, corrosion or deterioration caused by water quality or insufficient maintenance;
  • accidental damage, impact, dropping, crushing or improper transportation;
  • misuse, negligence or use outside the product’s intended purpose;
  • damage caused by use on unsuitable surfaces or materials;
  • unauthorised disassembly, alteration or repair;
  • damage caused by non-approved components, accessories or spare parts;
  • damage caused by incorrect voltage, unsuitable power supply, power surge or external electrical conditions;
  • commercial, rental, industrial or professional use where the product is designated for normal household use;
  • cosmetic marks, scratches, discoloration or other appearance changes that do not materially affect normal operation;
  • faults or damage caused by events outside the reasonable control of USANNII;
  • products whose serial number or identification information has been removed, altered or made illegible, unless eligibility can otherwise reasonably be established.

An exclusion applies only to the extent that the reported damage or malfunction was caused by the excluded circumstance.

7. Problems That Do Not Normally Require Return of the Complete Product

Subject to mandatory statutory law, return or refund of the complete product is not normally an appropriate remedy under this Commercial Warranty where the reported issue:

  • is limited to a replaceable accessory;
  • can be resolved by supplying a replacement accessory or spare part;
  • results from a blockage, contamination or maintenance requirement;
  • can be resolved through cleaning, correct assembly, adjustment or operating guidance;
  • concerns a consumable part requiring normal replacement;
  • is cosmetic and does not materially affect normal operation;
  • is minor and does not prevent the product from performing its principal functions.

In these circumstances, USANNII or the seller may first offer troubleshooting, cleaning instructions, a replacement accessory, a spare part or repair. Where an appropriate remedy is provided within a reasonable time, without cost where required by law and without significant inconvenience, a request to return the complete product or receive a full refund may be declined to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this section limits a statutory right of withdrawal, a mandatory remedy for lack of conformity or any binding marketplace return policy.

8. How to Make a Commercial Warranty Claim

Before returning the product, the customer should contact USANNII customer support or the relevant seller and provide:

  • valid proof of purchase;
  • order number;
  • product model and serial number, where available;
  • a clear description of the reported problem;
  • information about when and how the problem occurred;
  • relevant photographs or video where reasonably necessary;
  • information concerning the detergent, accessories and operating mode used;
  • information concerning cleaning and maintenance already performed.

Photographs or video will be requested only where reasonably necessary to understand or diagnose the issue. The customer may also be asked to carry out safe and reasonable diagnostic steps. The customer will not be required to open the main unit, contact live electrical components or perform an unsafe repair.

9. Cooperation With Diagnosis and Inspection

The customer must provide reasonable cooperation so that USANNII or the seller can determine whether the reported problem exists, whether it concerns the main unit, an accessory, a consumable part or maintenance, whether it results from a covered defect or another cause, and which remedy is appropriate.

Where remote diagnosis is insufficient, USANNII or the seller may arrange an inspection, authorised repair or return for assessment. If the customer refuses, without a valid reason, to provide information or reasonable diagnostic cooperation necessary to assess a claim, assessment of the Commercial Warranty claim may be suspended until the required information is provided.

A Commercial Warranty claim may be declined where the available evidence does not establish a covered defect. This does not prevent the customer from exercising mandatory statutory rights directly against the seller.

10. Remedies Under This Commercial Warranty

If a defect is accepted as covered, USANNII may provide one or more of the following remedies, as reasonably appropriate:

  • operating or maintenance guidance;
  • a replacement accessory or spare part;
  • repair of the affected component or main unit;
  • replacement with the same product;
  • replacement with an equivalent product where the original product is unavailable.

The remedy will take account of the nature and seriousness of the defect, whether it affects normal use, the proportionality of the available remedies, availability of parts or products, and inconvenience caused to the customer. A replacement product may be new or professionally refurbished where permitted by applicable law and of equivalent functionality and appropriate condition.

For a statutory lack-of-conformity claim against the seller, the consumer may have the right under applicable law to choose between repair and replacement, unless the chosen remedy is impossible or would impose disproportionate costs compared with the alternative. Before providing such a statutory remedy, the seller will provide any information required by law concerning that choice and any applicable extension of the statutory liability period. These statutory rights are separate from the remedies available under this voluntary Commercial Warranty.

A refund is not an automatic remedy under this Commercial Warranty. A refund or termination will be provided where required by mandatory law, a binding marketplace policy or where an appropriate repair or replacement cannot be provided within the legally required or otherwise reasonable period.

Exclusive Remedies Under This Commercial Warranty

The remedies expressly stated in this section are the sole remedies available under this voluntary Commercial Warranty. The customer is not entitled under this Commercial Warranty to require a specific remedy where another remedy offered by USANNII is reasonable, proportionate, completed within a reasonable time and does not cause significant inconvenience.

In particular, the customer is not automatically entitled under this Commercial Warranty to demand return of the complete product, replacement of the complete product, a price reduction, compensation or a refund where the issue can be appropriately resolved through operating guidance, cleaning or maintenance, replacement of an accessory or spare part, or repair.

This limitation applies only to this voluntary Commercial Warranty and does not restrict any mandatory statutory remedy, statutory right of withdrawal or binding marketplace policy.

11. Requests to Return the Complete Product

Except where a statutory right of withdrawal, mandatory consumer law or a binding marketplace policy applies, USANNII or the seller may decline a request to return the complete product where:

  • no covered functional defect has been established;
  • the product performs its principal advertised functions;
  • the issue results from normal wear, a consumable part, blockage, contamination, maintenance or incorrect use;
  • the issue is limited to a replaceable accessory and an appropriate replacement accessory is offered;
  • the issue can be remedied through repair or replacement within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience;
  • the customer refuses reasonable diagnosis or inspection necessary to establish the reported defect;
  • the request is based solely on a minor cosmetic or non-functional issue.

A return request will not be declined merely because the product can switch on or perform some functions. Any confirmed lack of conformity and the seriousness of its effect on normal use must be considered under applicable law. Where mandatory law places the burden on the seller to establish that a lack of conformity is only minor, that burden remains with the seller.

12. Return Authorisation and Transportation

The customer should not send the product to USANNII without first receiving return instructions or authorisation. Where a return is necessary, the product must be emptied, reasonably cleaned, safely packaged and returned according to the instructions provided. Original packaging is recommended where available but is not mandatory unless reasonably necessary for safe transport and permitted by law.

USANNII is not responsible for unnecessary, unauthorised or premium transportation costs selected without prior agreement, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Reasonable return, repair and replacement costs for a confirmed defect covered by mandatory law will be handled according to that law.

13. Repaired and Replaced Products

Repair or replacement provided solely under this voluntary Commercial Warranty does not restart or extend the Commercial Warranty period unless expressly stated or required by mandatory law. The repaired product, replacement product or replacement accessory remains covered for the remainder of the original applicable Commercial Warranty period, or for any longer minimum period required by law.

This rule concerns only the voluntary Commercial Warranty. It does not affect any extension of the seller’s statutory liability period that applies where repair is provided as a statutory remedy for lack of conformity. For sales contracts concluded from 31 July 2026, applicable EU rules generally require the seller’s statutory liability period to be extended once by 12 months following such a repair, subject to national law providing equivalent or greater protection.

14. Statutory Withdrawal Rights and Marketplace Policies

This Commercial Warranty does not restrict any statutory right to withdraw from an online or distance-sales contract. Where a statutory withdrawal period applies, the consumer may exercise that right according to applicable law, independently of whether the product has a defect.

Purchases through Amazon or another marketplace may also be subject to that marketplace’s binding return and customer-service policies. Where those policies or mandatory law provide greater rights, those rights apply.

After the applicable statutory or contractual withdrawal period has expired, a Commercial Warranty claim does not automatically give the customer the right to return the complete product or receive a refund.

15. Territorial Scope

This Commercial Warranty applies to eligible products purchased new from USANNII or an authorised seller and delivered within the European Union, unless different coverage is stated in writing at the time of purchase.

16. Commercial Warranty Provider

JING TANG INTERNATIONAL CO., LIMITED
C15, Room 1112, 11/F
Sun Hing Industrial Building
22 Kin Fat Street
Tuen Mun, Hong Kong

Brand: USANNII
Email: hl16621590504@gmail.com

Customers should contact the seller shown on their proof of purchase for statutory legal guarantee claims. USANNII may separately assist with claims under this voluntary Commercial Warranty.

17. False, Altered, Misleading or Duplicate Claims

USANNII may suspend the assessment of, or refuse, a claim under this Commercial Warranty where information, documents, photographs, videos or other evidence submitted are materially false, fabricated, altered, incomplete in a materially misleading manner or unrelated to the product or order concerned.

Where reasonably necessary, USANNII may request original photograph or video files, additional evidence showing the product, serial number or reported problem, verification of the order and proof of purchase, reasonable additional diagnostic information, or inspection of the affected product, accessory or component. Assessment may be suspended until information reasonably necessary to verify the claim has been provided.

A customer may not obtain duplicate refunds, replacements, compensation or other recovery for the same product, defect or loss through multiple warranty, seller, payment-provider, insurance or marketplace claims. A previous remedy may be taken into account and an additional duplicate remedy may be refused to the extent permitted by law.

USANNII may preserve relevant claim records and evidence where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, establish claim history or exercise and defend legal rights, subject to applicable data-protection law.

This section does not permit refusal of a genuine claim merely because the customer cannot provide a particular form of evidence where the defect can reasonably be established by other means. It does not restrict legitimate statutory consumer rights.

18. Applicable Mandatory Law

If any provision of this Commercial Warranty conflicts with mandatory consumer law, that mandatory law prevails. The remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent legally permitted.
